REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at STREETWEAR LUX by TnD. We hold our structural garments to uncompromised luxury standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date your package was delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. All original tags, structural packaging, and drop labels must remain intact.
- RETURN PROCESS

- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior validation from our support portal.
- SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- REFUNDS & PROCESSING
- Once your return garment is received and inspected at our architecture facility, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- Approved returns will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- EXCHANGES & LIMITED DROPS
- Due to the highly limited nature of our streetwear drops, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. If your size is sold out, a standard refund or store credit will be issued instead.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
